German-Engineered European Windows for a Modern Jersey City Residence
Komar Stroy completed the supply and installation of a full European window and door package at 262 Fairmont Ave in Jersey City, NJ.
The project included 22 custom window and door units, featuring the Aluplast Ideal 4000 German-engineered uPVC system, along with two jumbo sliding doors and two casement doors.
The goal was to combine modern architectural design with improved energy efficiency, large glass areas, smooth operation, security, and long-term durability.
Aluplast Ideal 4000 European Windows
The Aluplast Ideal 4000 system was selected for its clean European appearance, multi-chamber uPVC construction, tight weather seals, and reliable operating hardware.
Large-format windows throughout the residence bring in significantly more natural daylight while maintaining a clean, contemporary façade.
The project combines white interior frames with dark exterior window finishes, creating a bright interior appearance while complementing the modern exterior architecture.
Jumbo Sliding Doors
Two jumbo European sliding doors were incorporated into the project to create large glass openings and a stronger connection between the interior and exterior spaces.

European Casement Doors
