Komar Stroy supplies and installs European tilt-and-turn window systems across New Jersey, New York City, Connecticut, with supply and delivery to Massachusetts. We work with architects, general contractors, developers, and homeowners — from single-family window replacement to full multi-family and commercial glazing packages.

European tilt-and-turn windows operate on a multi-point locking mechanism that draws the sash tight against a continuous perimeter gasket. Compared with standard North American double-hung units, that produces a substantially better air and water seal. The same hardware lets the window tilt inward at the top for secure ventilation, or swing fully open for cleaning and egress.

uPVC and Aluminum Systems

We offer both uPVC and thermally broken aluminum.

uPVC frames deliver the strongest thermal performance per dollar and never need painting or refinishing. They suit residential replacement work and mid-rise multi-family projects where energy performance and budget both matter.

Thermally broken aluminum carries larger glass areas on narrower sightlines — the right choice for contemporary architecture, storefront-adjacent openings, and any project calling for slim profiles or oversized operable units. Aluminum also accepts a far wider finish range, including custom RAL powder coating and anodized finishes.

Glazing and Performance

All systems are available with double or triple glazing, low-E coatings, warm-edge spacers, and argon fill. Rather than quote a catalog U-factor, we model the specific assembly for your project so the number on the submittal matches what gets installed.

Acoustic glazing packages are available for buildings near rail corridors, highways, or flight paths — a common requirement across the five boroughs and northern New Jersey.

What We Handle

Our scope covers field measurement, shop drawings, engineering coordination, factory ordering, delivery, installation, and closeout. We produce stamped shop drawings in-house and coordinate directly with the architect of record on submittals and approvals.

Installation is performed by our own crews. Windows are set to manufacturer specification with proper flashing, air sealing, and interior finish coordination — the details that decide whether a high-performance window actually performs once it is in the wall.

Lead Times and Service Area

European window systems are made to order. Typical lead time is approximately 2.5 months from approved shop drawings to delivery on site. We build that into the project schedule from the outset so window delivery never becomes the critical path.

We serve all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, northern and central New Jersey, and southern Connecticut from our Teterboro facility.
