Interior Glass Partitions for New Jersey and New York

Komar Stroy fabricates and installs interior glass partition systems across New Jersey, New York City, and Connecticut. Glass partitions divide space without dividing light, which is why they have become the default in office fit-outs, medical and dental suites, showrooms, and residential work where a room needs definition without losing daylight.

Framed and Frameless

Framed systems use slim aluminium profiles at head, base, and jambs. The frame carries the glass, accepts doors within the same system, and allows straightforward integration with ceiling grid and raised floor. Profiles can be finished to match other metalwork in the space.

Frameless systems butt-join glass panels with a minimal joint and rely on head and base channels only. Visually they nearly disappear, though they carry tighter tolerances and demand a flatter, more accurate structural opening.

Single and Double Glazed

Single-glazed partitions are the standard choice for open-plan division, meeting rooms with modest privacy needs, and budget-led fit-outs.

Double-glazed partitions place two panes in a sealed cavity and deliver substantially better acoustic separation. Where a partition encloses a boardroom, a consulting room, or any space with a confidentiality requirement, double glazing is usually necessary. Integral blinds can be housed within the cavity, giving on-demand privacy with no cleaning or maintenance exposure.

Doors and Hardware

Hinged, sliding, and pivot doors integrate into the partition run. Sliding doors on face-mounted or concealed tracks preserve floor space in tight fit-outs. Hardware, locks, and closers are selected to match the specification and coordinated with access control where present.

Glass Options

Clear, low-iron, acid-etched, and back-painted glass are all available. Manifestation, applied film, and custom printed graphics can be specified for privacy or branding. All glass in partition applications is toughened or laminated to meet safety glazing requirements.

What We Handle

Site survey, shop drawings, fabrication, delivery, and installation by our own crews. Interior partitions are installed into finished or nearly finished spaces, so we sequence around ceiling, flooring, and services, and we protect adjacent finishes. On occupied fit-outs we can work out of hours to avoid disrupting the tenant.
